We are looking for motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing operation in East Peckham.

This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in producing high-quality products. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in quality, and work well as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.

Shift Pattern

Week 1

✅ Monday to Friday ✅ 6:00am - 2:00pm

Week 2

✅ Monday to Thursday ✅ 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Enjoy every Friday off during your late-shift week!

Key Responsibilities

As a Production Operative, you will:

• Manufacture high-quality products
• Support production processes including mixing, coating, printing and embossing
• Load and set print and embossing cylinders
• Clean machinery between production runs
• Carry out quality inspections on finished products
• Pack products ready for dispatch
• Minimise waste and maximise production efficiency
• Follow health, safety and environmental procedures
• Maintain housekeeping standards across the production area
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets and customer deadlines

What We're Looking For

Essential

✔ Good literacy and numeracy skills

✔ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

✔ Basic computer skills

✔ Good colour vision

✔ Strong attention to detail and quality standards

✔ Safety-conscious approach to work

✔ Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

✔ Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Desirable

⭐ GCSE English and Maths

⭐ Previous manufacturing or production experience
