Town Planning Technician (Incl. Validations)

United Kingdom Carrington West Carrington West are assisting their local authority client based in the Midlands in the search for a Planning Support Officer/Validations Officer to join their Town Planning department.   Main responsibilities of the role will include: ·Validating and processing all types of planning applications including checking submissions against national and local check lists and relevant guidance, checking accuracy of the drawings, identifying statutory and non-statutory consultees in compliance with the Council's requirements. ·Providing advice on planning applications.
