Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating and managing daily dispatches and deliveries
- Booking shipments with courier companies including DHL, FedEx and other third-party carriers
- Liaising directly with couriers regarding collections, deliveries and delivery issues
- Preparing and processing shipping and dispatch documentation
- Tracking shipments and providing updates to customers and internal teams
- Investigating and resolving delivery delays, failed deliveries and other courier issues
- Ensuring goods are dispatched accurately and on time
- Working closely with warehouse, customer service and logistics teams
- Maintaining accurate dispatch and courier records
- Monitoring courier performance and escalating any recurring issues
- Managing multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment
About You
- Previous dispatch/logistics experience is essential
- Proven experience dealing directly with courier companies such as DHL, FedEx or similar
- Strong understanding of the dispatch and delivery process
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident dealing with couriers, customers and internal departments
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Good IT skills and experience using dispatch/logistics systems
- Proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills
- Reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team
