Job description:
Temporary School Administrator. Leigh. Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm (30 min lunch) Starting on 1st September. £13.50 per hour.
**Enhanced DBS essential! Your application unfortunately won’t be considered unless this is already in place. **
Based on a busy school office and reception, duties will include;
- Answering and transferring calls
- Dealing with parent enquiries
- Meeting and greeting visitors, pupils, and parents
- Issuing visitor passes
- Updating the system for pupils who are late or go home sick
- Responding to emails
- Hospitality
- Utilising Arbor for pupil information data, registers and communication
To be successful you will have previous admin/reception experience within a High School or College setting, be able to multitask and the ability to work well under pressure.
Previous experience using Arbor or Sims is essential and you must be confident to travel around the school when needed.
