Source Supply are seeking a KS2 Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Darlington.

Acting as a champion for pupils, you will support independence and deliver small group interventions. You will work closely with the class teacher to assist the KS2 learners, developing confidence and resilience in their learning.

Requirements

All successful applicants will:

• Have experience in working with children in a school setting.
• Have a nurturing, patient and consistent approach.
• Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
• Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
• Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
