About the role

United Kingdom SANZA Teaching Agency

SEN Teaching Assistants / LSAs - South London

Are you an experienced TA or LSA looking for the freedom to work flexibly, choose your own schedule, and gain experience across a range of exciting settings?

SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a number of fantastic primary schools and SEN settings across South London, and we're actively seeking talented, committed TAs and LSAs for day-to-day and short-term supply work.

About the roles:

  • SEN TA/LSA positions across South London
  • Day-to-day, short-term and block bookings available
  • Regular work throughout the school year
  • Supporting pupils across a range of needs, including ASD, SEMH, MLD and complex needs
  • Well-resourced classrooms with strong, collaborative staff teams
  • Backed by supportive and experienced Senior Leadership Teams (SLT)
  • Competitive daily pay rates

Why this is the right move for you:

  • Flexibility and freedom - Choose the days and schools that suit you, whether you want term-time only, part-time, or as much work as you can take on.
  • Variety - Experience a range of SEN settings and needs, building your skills and confidence along the way.
  • Work-life balance - Fit your work around your other commitments, with no planning or preparation to take home.
  • Supportive leadership - We partner with schools known for their positive culture and strong support for support staff.
  • Well-organised environments - Clear behaviour policies, collaborative teams, and excellent resources so you can focus on what you do best.
  • A consultant who works for you - Your dedicated SANZA consultant will match you to schools that fit your skills, experience, and availability.
  • A foot in the door - Supply work is a great way to get to know schools, with many placements leading to long-term or permanent offers if you want them.

What you'll need:

  • Experience working as a TA, LSA or 1:1 support in a primary or SEN setting
  • Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills
  • Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to different school environments
  • A positive, proactive and professional approach
