Temporary Production Operative
Location: Rural site outside Crawley
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Job type: Temporary
Working pattern: Monday to Friday (06:30-15:00)

We are recruiting for a reliable and practical Temporary Production Operative to join a specialist business based at a rural location outside Crawley.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who has good attention to detail, takes pride in their work and is comfortable working independently as well as part of a small team. Previous experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, facilities or a similar environment would be useful, although training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting day-to-day production activities.
  
  
• Preparing, handling and organising products and equipment.
  
  
• Following work instructions, quality standards and company procedures.
  
  
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
  
  
• Completing basic paperwork and production records.
  
  
• Working with colleagues to meet daily requirements.
  
  
• Carrying out other practical duties as required.
