Job description:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Forklift Driver / Blender to join our pet food production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely to move raw materials and finished products.
• Accurately weigh and blend ingredients according to production recipes.
• Supply production lines with materials as required.
• Carry out routine equipment checks and report any faults.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Follow food safety, quality, and health & safety procedures at all times.
• Complete production records and paperwork accurately.
• Assist with general warehouse and production duties when required.

Requirements

• Valid forklift licence (Counterbalance preferred).
• Previous experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Experience in food manufacturing or blending processes is an advantage but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Good communication and basic numeracy skills.
