Forklift Battery Engineer (Material Handling)

Focusing predominantly on the material handling sector, they are looking to bring on a new Field Service Engineer to cover Nottinghamshire and the surrounding areas. With a competitive salary, company van and bonus on offer, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer, with an electrical background, looking for a new role.  Responsibilities Servicing the company’s client base across Nottinghamshire and the surrounding areas Repairing and maintaining the company’s broad range of batteries used within the Material Handling industry Working alongside the other field based engineers across the Scotland to ensure maintenance is carried out efficiently Reporting back to the Service Manager with regular updates Representing the company in the right way on customer sites and always maintaining customer serviceRequirements This role would suit an experienced battery engineer that has previously spent time working in the field, but this is not essential. The company would also be interested in speaking with candidates who have an electrical NVQ Level 3 or equivalent whilst having strong interpersonal skills. In terms of location, you will ideally be based in Nottinghamshire but candidates further afield will be considered.
