We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic and experienced Year 6 Teacher for a full-time, long-term position at a welcoming school in the S36 area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher with a strong understanding of Key Stage 2 to join a supportive school and make a real difference to pupils during an important stage of their primary education.

The Role

• Full-time, long-term teaching position
• Year 6 class teacher
• Based in the S36 area
• Starting pay of £160 per day
• Higher rates available for experienced KS2 teachers
• Planning and delivering engaging, purposeful lessons
• Preparing pupils for their transition to secondary school
• Supporting pupils’ academic, social and emotional development
• Assessing and tracking pupil progress
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Working closely with colleagues, parents and the wider school team

The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a dedicated teacher who has experience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally with previous Year 6 experience.
You will be passionate about helping pupils achieve their potential and confident in delivering engaging lessons while maintaining high expectations of behaviour and attainment.
QTS is required, along with a strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum. Experience of Year 6 and SATs preparation would be highly desirable.
