Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with one of Northern Irelands best resorts in near Enniskillen and we have a fantastic opportunity for an Sous Chef to join their team.

You will be jointly responsible for the day-to-day food operation with a fantastic knowledge of kitchen management and financial acumen and be a real people person. The position is going to be mainly based in the amazing golf club house, but you will also get the chance to work in other area’s of the resort.

Working with the Executive Head Chef and Executive Sous Chef you will help create menu’s for the restaurants using the very best locally sourced organic produce, including award winning meats, fish and cheese fresh from surrounding area.
