Responsibilities in your new role as Commis Chef 

As a Commis Chef, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and assisting with cooking food to our high client standards.
• Diligently washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients, ensuring everything is ready for service.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment.
• Supporting senior chefs during food preparation and service.
• Correctly storing and rotating stock to minimise waste.
• Adhering to all food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
