Part time PA

PA – Altrincham – Temporary – Part-time – £13.50ph

Working within an established and reputable organisation who have a national reach. Our client is in need of someone who can provide comprehensive support to carry out a breadth of administrative duties. Working as part of a dynamic team, you will ensure that day-to-day processes are carried out smoothly and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the CEO and Managing Director’s diaries and schedules
• Coordinate and arrange company meetings
• Manage and update the company’s website and social media
• Produce reports and documentation for Board & Tender meetings
• Manage company vehicle administration and records
• Arrange accommodation for employees
• Coordinate and maintain Site Visit Schedules
• Manage all credit card transactions and purchasing orders

Desirables:

• Someone with Canva and strong Excel knowledge
• PA/EA or strong administration background
• You must be organised with excellent attention to detail
