Programme Delivery Manager6-month contractRemoteRate: £500 - £550 p/d (outside IR35)
Our client, a rapidly growing alternative network (AltNet) telecommunications provider, is seeking Programme Delivery Manager to join their business and oversee the successful delivery of strategic change across the business.This is far more than a coordination role. You'll be responsible for building and leading a high-performing PMO, driving governance, delivery excellence and execution across technology, network, operational and business transformation initiatives.Candidates must have experience working within an AltNet or NetCo environement.PMO Leadership & Governance
Own and evolve the PMO operating model, delivery standards, governance framework, portfolio reporting, risk management practices and delivery controls. Establish consistency and accountability across all programmes and projects.
Portfolio & Programme Delivery
Provide leadership across the change portfolio, ensuring projects have clear plans, milestones, dependencies, ownership, financial visibility and measurable outcomes. Drive successful delivery whilst removing barriers and escalating risks appropriately.
Executive Stakeholder Management
Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, providing clear reporting, delivery confidence, challenge where required and pragmatic recommendations
Transformation & Continuous Improvement
Drive improvements across planning, forecasting, reporting, governance, resource management and delivery maturity. Build a scalable delivery organisation capable of supporting future growth.

A credible and resilient leader who thrives in fast-paced environments. Comfortable challenging stakeholders, driving accountability, operating independently and bringing structure to complex situations. A builder rather than a caretaker.
Essential Experience
Proven experience leading PMO, Programme Delivery or Portfolio Management functions. Experience managing multiple Project Managers and Programme Managers. Strong governance, RAID, planning and executive reporting skills. Demonstrable success delivering complex transformation, technology and operational programmes.
