SAP Admininstrator

Contract Type : Fixed Term - Monthly PAID

Duration : 6 Months initially, potential to extend to permanent if the candidate proves themselves within this period

Working Hours : 35 per week, 8.30 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break per day)

Brief Description of the Role

• Manage the administration of customer order schedules (Industry)
• Review customer order schedules to ensure customer stock levels are correct
• Maintain the customer master data (account & parts database)
• Enter and maintain sales orders.
• Manage shipping arrangements with the transport team
• Monitoring and tracking of inventories according to targets
• Liaise with production & logistics departments to ensure that material is delivered on time and in full
• Provide reports / data to assist management / external sales teams
• Be involved in all areas of commercial administration

Skills and experience

• Previous SAP experience in a sales role particularly desirable
• Experience in a Steel Service Centre / Manufacturing environment advantageous
• Sales administration experience
• Confident communicator
• Customer service focused
• Excellent IT skills, particularly in the MS Office365 applications
• Analytical and strategic thinking
• Assertive, stress resistance

Qualifications

• Mathematics and English GCSEs Mandatory
• Degree (desirable)

Salary Range : Upto £30,000 (DOE)
