Painter & DecoratorLocation: CroydonRate: £20.00-£23.00 per hourHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pmContract: Full-TimeStart Date: Immediate Start AvailableWe are currently looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join a leading social housing contractor working across Croydon.The successful candidate will be carrying out painting and decorating works within tenanted and void properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service to residents.Key ResponsibilitiesInternal and external painting and decorating.Surface preparation, including filling, sanding, and making good.Emulsion, gloss, and woodwork finishing.Completing repairs and redecoration works in occupied and void properties.Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.Maintaining high standards of workmanship and cleanliness.RequirementsProven experience as a Painter & Decorator.Previous social housing, maintenance, or domestic property experience preferred.Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.Good communication and customer service skills.Full UK Driving Licence preferred.What We OfferMonday to Friday working hours.Long-term, stable work with a reputable social housing company.Competitive pay rates.Opportunity for ongoing work and career progression.Please apply with an up-to-date CV.
