About the role

A welcoming primary school in Warwick seeks a confident KS2 Teacher for a full‑time September start. You deliver clear, structured lessons that help pupils progress with confidence. Moreover, you create calm routines that support focus, regulation and positive behaviour. In addition, you work closely with the SENCO and support staff to maintain consistent provision across the year group. Throughout the day, you guide learners through purposeful tasks and promote steady academic growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach KS2 lessons with clarity, structure and enthusiasm
  • Use effective routines to support focus and reduce anxiety
  • Deliver guided reading and literacy that strengthen core skills
  • Prepare adapted learning tasks for pupils needing extra support
  • Promote positive behaviour approaches through calm communication
  • Work closely with teaching assistants and the SENCO to maintain consistent provision
  • Track pupil progress and adjust teaching when needed

 

What We’re Looking For

  • A qualified Primary Teacher with PGCE or QTS
  • Strong classroom experience, ideally in KS2
  • Clear communication and a warm, nurturing approach
  • Ability to follow structured routines and support emotional regulation
  • Full‑time Monday to Friday availability from September
  • Interest in Warwick‑based roles
