Based in the heart of Totnes, this bakery has built a reputation for slow-fermented sourdoughs, beautifully laminated pastries and a seasonal menu that keeps people coming back — and selling out. Everything is handcrafted in small batches using regeneratively farmed flour and the best Devon has to offer, with a constant drive to create something a little unexpected and special.
