Head Chef / Kitchen Manager Job RoleThe Head Chef will have full responsibility of the kitchen operation. This will require a hands-on approach and ability to lead and manage efficiently. Oversee and lead a team of 10+. You will ensure the kitchen operation runs smoothly, achieving standards and profitability.Ideal candidates will have senior sous or head chef experience in a high volume carvery or quality branded pub / restaurant venue, along with excellent communication and leadership skills. This is part of small and expanding South West Company, that can offer excellent career progression opportunities. Salary and BenefitsStarting Salary on offer is to £42,000 p.a.
