This includes diary and inbox management,, scheduling meetings and global travel. Client Details Providing 1-2-1 support to an MD within a large Bank, based in the City of London. Description Personal Assistant responsibilities: Providing 1-2-1 support to a Managing Director. Inbox and diary management. Drafting and responding to emails on MD's behalf. Liaising with senior internal and external members. Coordinate global travel arrangements and itineraries. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Assist with organising events and team activities. Processing expenses. Ensure efficient office operations by addressing administrative needs. Profile A successful Personal Assistant should have: Previous experience providing 1-2-1 support. Experience working in a client facing role, liaising with C-Suite members. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. Experience in a similar role, within financial services. A professional and approachable demeanour.Job Offer Personal Assistant job on offer: Permanent role 1-2-1 support to a Managing Director Based in the City of London Hybrid working - 4 days in Competitive salary between £65,000 and £75,000, dependent on the level of experience.
