Experienced in residential surveying and looking for a flexible opportunity with a respected industry leader?

We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a well-recognised and highly successful surveying practice renowned for its expertise in residential surveying. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Surveyor to join a growing team, working remotely across a fixed geographical area covering Devon and the Plymouth area.

The role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with strong administrative and operational support provided, including booked appointments and compliance support.

The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

• Carry out residential valuation reports and private home surveys, including Level 1 and Level 2 surveys
• Produce accurate survey reports using market-leading technology
• Meet personal income targets to maximise productivity and profit
• Manage a fixed geographical work area efficiently
• Attend and participate in regional meetings
• Maintain professional development through ongoing training and industry updates
• Deliver a consistently high standard of service to clients

Residential Surveyor Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Residential Surveyor, preferably with AssocRICS status or higher

• Familiarity with residential surveys and valuation reports

• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

• The ability to work effectively within a fast-paced organisation

• A commitment to delivering high-quality work and professional service
