Senior Family Time Worker

Dudley Children's Service is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Family Time Worker to lead the day-to-day operation of our Family Time Service. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring children can safely maintain meaningful relationships with their families through high-quality supervised family time arrangement.s

You will be supervising a team of Family Time Workers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, child-focused supervised family time sessions. You'll work closely with social workers, foster carers and partner agencies, providing leadership, safeguarding oversight and operational management.

You'll need experience working with children and families, a strong understanding of safeguarding, excellent communication skills and a Level 3 NVQ qualification (or equivalent).
