P6 Planner - Senior & Intermediate

Our client is seeking skilled P6 Planners, both Senior and Intermediate levels, to join their team on a permanent basis. The role involves working on a significant nuclear power station project, offering an exciting opportunity within a large, complex programme environment. You will be engaging with multidisciplinary teams and contributing to sectors such as utilities, energy, highways, defence, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing, maintaining, and reporting against complex project schedules
• Conducting critical path analysis, progress reporting, and forecasting
• Working within an integrated programme environment
• Engaging with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project deliverables are met
• Collaborating with stakeholders to optimise project planning and execution
• Utilising project planning software to maintain accuracy and efficiency
• Providing comprehensive updates and reports to senior management
• Ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations

Job Requirements:

• Experience in project planning within sectors such as nuclear, energy, rail, aviation, utilities, highways, defence, or other major infrastructure sectors
• Proficiency in using project planning software, specifically P6
• Understanding of critical path analysis and integrated programme environments
• Excellent progress reporting and forecasting skills
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
