Exchange  Messaging SME – Exchange, Active Directory & Microsoft Sentinel

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Exchange/ Messaging/SME with strong expertise in Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory (AD), and Microsoft Sentinel. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, troubleshooting, securing, and improving enterprise Microsoft infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft Exchange

• Manage and troubleshoot Exchange Server and Microsoft 365 Exchange environments.
• Investigate mail flow, delivery, authentication, and mailbox-related issues.
• Manage Exchange Online, connectors, transport rules, shared mailboxes, and distribution groups.
• Support migrations and hybrid Exchange environments.
• Monitor Exchange health, performance, and availability.

Active Directory

• Administer and troubleshoot enterprise Active Directory environments.
• Manage users, groups, computers, OUs, Group Policy, DNS, and authentication.
• Troubleshoot replication, Kerberos, LDAP, and domain controller issues.
• Support Active Directory migrations, upgrades, and domain consolidations.
• Implement security best practices, including privileged access management and least privilege.

Microsoft Sentinel

• Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft Sentinel.
• Develop and maintain analytics rules, KQL queries, workbooks, and automation.
• Investigate security incidents and suspicious activity.
• Integrate Microsoft Sentinel with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Defender, and other security platforms.
• Develop Logic Apps/playbooks to automate security response.
• Tune alerts and reduce false positives.
