Role & Responsibilities


Design, develop, and implement infrastructure solutions aligning with the company's goals and technological needs.
Collaborate closely with Information Technology teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
Drive the adoption of DevOps practices, facilitating continuous integration and continuous delivery processes.
Act as a subject matter expert on infrastructure and DevOps methodologies to guide both technical teams and business units.
Ensure that all solutions are scalable, sustainable, and secure, adhering to industry best practices and compliance regulations.
Provide mentorship and leadership to junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.


Key Skills Required


Proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer with a deep understanding of modern infrastructure technologies and architectures.
Strong proficiency in DevOps practices including but not limited to automated testing, deployment pipelines, and high-availability systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically about complex systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working across various departments to integrate and align IT strategical needs.
Experience in leading projects and teams, with a keen sense for driving operational improvements.
