 SEMH Teaching Assistant – Crawley Specialist School
Pink Tile Education are recruiting for a SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Crawley supporting pupils who need a smaller, more structured environment.
This specific Crawley school supports pupils who may have SEMH needs, anxiety, low self-esteem, disrupted education, trauma-related needs or behaviour that can escalate when they feel overwhelmed.
You will support pupils in small classes, helping with learning, emotional regulation, routines and positive relationships. The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant who can stay calm, build trust and keep showing up consistently, even on difficult days.
Temporary, permanent and temp-to-permanent roles are available.
