Milk Education are recruiting Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistants to support a number of welcoming and inclusive Primary Schools. This is a fantastic opportunity to help children build confidence, develop key skills and achieve important milestones during the early stages of their education.

About the Role

As a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support children across Nursery and Reception classes.
• Deliver engaging learning activities through play-based learning.
• Assist with phonics, early literacy and numeracy development.
• Encourage positive behaviour and social interaction.
• Support children’s emotional wellbeing and personal development.
• Observe and monitor progress, providing feedback to teaching staff.
• Help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Work closely with teachers, support staff and parents to support pupil progress.

About You

We’re looking for candidates who:

• Hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years or Supporting Teaching and Learning.
• Have experience working within an EYFS setting.
• Have a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.
• Are confident supporting early phonics and language development.
• Are patient, caring and enthusiastic about helping children learn.
• Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families.
• Hold, or are willing to apply for, an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
