About the role
Morson Edge are currently seeking a Senior Category Buyer to work on the behalf of one of our reputable Aerospace clients based in Yeovil.Key Accountabilities:• Carry out high value tenders either using SAP Ariba or Soucing Exception• Carry out Long Term Pricing Agreement tenders using SAP Ariba or Soucing Exception• Negotiation of Long Term Agreements (re-validation or new)• Work with Geographic Procurement on sourcing decisions• Scouting for new suppliers and supplier visits• New supplier selection utilising SAP Ariba• Strategic & Tactical SourcingSkills and experience required:• Communication Skills• Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills• Excellent team working skills• Good negotiation skills• SAP ExperienceHybrid12 month contract initially37 hours per weekIf you have the required experience for this position, please apply today or contact Lisa Nardiello on [phone removed] for further information.
