We're recruiting for a Property Manager / Negotiator to join a successful independent estate agency in Norwich. No previous property experience required, and you'll receive full training and support while developing your knowledge and experience across property management, maintenance, and residential sales.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong customer service or sales background who is looking to build a long-term career within the property industry.

The Role

As a Property Manager / Negotiator, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties
• Deal with day-to-day landlord and tenant enquiries
• Coordinate maintenance issues and liaise with contractors
• Arrange and oversee property repairs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Assist with property viewings
• Register applicants and match them with suitable properties
• Handle offers and negotiate between landlords and tenants
• Maintain accurate property records
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the property journey
• Work as part of a friendly and supportive team

Property Manager / Negotiator Requirements

• No previous property experience required (full training will be provided)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A confident and personable approach with the ability to build relationships
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• A proactive and positive approach to work
• Confidence speaking with customers and handling enquiries
• A genuine interest in developing a career within property
• Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or similar experience would be beneficial, but is not essential
