Pay rate and working hours:

£13.83 PER HOUR

Could rise to £14.54 PER HOUR, after 6 Months!

(Subject to Criteria being met)

• Monday-Thursday 06:45-15:45
• Friday: 06:45-10:15

Roles & responsibilities:

• Driving prime product machinery
• Loading of machines into containers
• Safely securing machines into containers.
• Using tooling to prepare machines for loading.
• Desirable - FLT license

Requirements:

• The ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner at all levels and pay attention to detail -
• A self-motivated individual, with the flexibility to deal with individual and team behaviours, you should be able to motivate others with your advice and experience
• Initiative and strong communication, interpersonal & organisational skills
• Understand & promote Caterpillar's Values in Action
• Willing to undertake training and further learning
