Key Requirements
Essential UK Experience: Proven, hands-on experience supporting literacy and learning within a UK Key Stage 1 primary classroom environment.
Phonics Proficiency: Demonstrated capability in delivering recognised UK phonics programmes (e.g., Read Write Inc., Little Wandle, or Letters and Sounds).
Safeguarding & Clearances: Holds an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service (or readiness to complete a new check).
Targeted Intervention: Proven track record running 1:1 and small-group reading interventions to raise pupil attainment ahead of national assessments.
