Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact in a specialist education setting?
We’re recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to join a supportive SEND school in Godalming, working with children and young people with a range of additional needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in helping pupils develop the skills they need to access learning and achieve greater independence.
The Role
Assess pupils’ functional, sensory and motor needs.
Deliver individual and group occupational therapy interventions.
Develop and review personalised therapy programmes.
Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, families and external professionals.
Provide strategies and recommendations to support pupils across the school environment.
About You
Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration.
Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
Knowledge of SEND, including autism and sensory processing needs, is advantageous.
Excellent communication and multidisciplinary working skills.
Passionate about improving outcomes for children with additional needs.
