Document Handler

Connect Appointments is recruiting Document Handlers, Document Scanners and Document Preppers to join an established clients project based in Dyce, Aberdeen.

What’s on offer?

• Ongoing temporary position
• Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm
• Paid weekly at £13.46 per hour
• Full training provided

As a Document Handler, your duties will include:

• Handling sensitive information confidentially
• Interpreting and analysing printed and written data
• Accurately keying and typing information to set targets
• Following detailed processes and escalating issues where required
• Competently using IT systems and applications

Please note: All candidates must pass a full background check due to the confidential nature of this work.

To be considered as a Document Handler, you will need:

• The ability to pass security checks
• Strong data analysis and IT skills
• Accurate keying and typing ability with a high standard of work
• An understanding of the need to keep information secure – knowledge of GDPR is advantageous
• A professional, friendly approach with the ability to work well independently or as part of a team
