Shift Times: Typically 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Flexible shift patterns available)

Whether you want full 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM shifts five days a week, or just a couple of days to fit around your lifestyle, supply work puts you in complete control of your schedule.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Supply Nursery Practitioner, no two days are the same! Your tasks will include:

• Flexible Classroom Support: Stepping into different early years settings and seamlessly supporting the permanent nursery team.

• Engaging Children: Leading fun, play-based educational activities based on the EYFS framework.

• High Standards of Care: Assisting with meal times, outdoor play, hygiene routines, and keeping children safe and engaged.

• Safeguarding: Maintaining strict adherence to safeguarding, health, and safety regulations at every nursery you visit.

• Positive Energy: Building instant rapport with nursery staff, children, and parents.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Qualified: NVQ / CACHE / NCFE Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare, Early Years, or equivalent.

• Adaptability: Confident in stepping into new environments and hit the ground running.

• DBS: An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
