Receptionist

Join our vibrant team at our locally owned Walton-on-Thames practice as a Receptionist, where your commitment to exceptional service will make a difference. This full-time role requires you to work 40 hours per week, including one in four Saturdays, providing an opportunity to engage with clients and their pets in a warm and welcoming environment. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting clients, managing appointments, and providing guidance on our services while ensuring the smooth operation of the practice through our online booking system.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a busy environment and loves interacting with pets and their owners. You should possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle diverse situations, from comforting clients with difficult news to celebrating joyful moments like puppy visits. Previous experience in a reception role is preferred but not essential.
