Atkins Search are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a market leading, multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy based in Cambridge, working across the East Anglia region.

You will have the option to work across a variety of sectors across East Anglia, including; life sciences, healthcare, residential, retail, education, leisure, mixed-use developments, industrial/logistics, commercial, etc.

Role

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in projects from inception to completion, your responsibilities will include both pre and post contract duties including;

Providing Cost Management services from inception to completion
Cost planning
Cost management
Value engineering
Tender management
Financial reporting
Budget management
Employers agent
Valuations
Post contract duties
Remuneration
