Senior Production and Supply Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Production and Supply Manager to oversee and optimize our manufacturing and supply chain operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the production process from planning to execution, ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently and meet quality standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and quality control, to develop and implement strategies that enhance production efficiency and reduce costs. Additionally, you will monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and leadership skills, with a proven track record in production management and supply chain optimization. You will be responsible for setting key performance indicators, analyzing production data, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Your ability to communicate effectively with team members and external partners will be crucial in fostering a positive work environment and driving operational excellence. A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of five years of relevant experience, is required. Experience in lean manufacturing principles and familiarity with industry-specific software will be advantageous.
