Purchasing Administrator

Purchasing Administrator Warrington £26,500 – £30,000 DOE

Our client is seeking a Purchasing Administrator to join their operations team.

Previous experience in purchasing or procurement is desirable but not essential, and candidates with a background in supply chain, logistics, or a similar administrative role are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Raise and manage purchase orders with suppliers.
• Coordinate supplier relationships and monitor delivery schedules.
• Update internal systems and communicate order updates to internal teams.
• Support import and export documentation and customs clearance.
• Manage stock levels and liaise with third-party warehouses.
• Arrange transport and coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Provide general administrative support across the purchasing and operations teams.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office; ERP system experience is advantageous.
• Experience in purchasing, supply chain, logistics, or a busy office environment is beneficial.
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
