We are experiencing high demand for enthusiastic, forward-thinking ECTs who are eager to put their training into practice, lead energetic classrooms, and deliver high-quality learning across EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2.

• Day-to-Day Cover: Take total control of your working schedule while gaining invaluable, hands-on classroom experience. • Long-Term Opportunities: If you are seeking stability, we offer fixed-term placements spanning a term or a full academic year. This allows you to fully embed yourself within a primary school team, take ownership of a class, build strong bonds with pupils, and work directly toward completing your ECT induction terms.

• Plan and deliver vibrant, well-structured lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage or Primary National Curriculum.

• Create an inclusive, encouraging, and safe learning environment where young learners feel supported and motivated.

• Utilise effective classroom management strategies to foster positive behaviour, active participation, and independence.

• Differentiate learning tasks appropriately to support all pupils, challenging high achievers while supporting children who need extra guidance.

• For long-term roles: take ownership of ongoing assessment, track pupil progress, write reports, and engage with parents and school staff.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) achieved through a PGCE, BEd, or SCITT route (pending/recent graduates fully welcomed).

• Up-to-date knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum or EYFS framework.

• A passionate, patient, and proactive approach to teaching young minds.

• Strong communication skills and the confidence to adapt to new classroom settings.

• A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to complete one).
