We are seeking dedicated and experienced Social Workers for new perm/temporary assignments. You will be stepping into a fast-paced statutory environment, providing critical support, protection, and intervention to vulnerable children and families. With multiple specialized teams actively recruiting at a highly competitive rate, this is an excellent opportunity to utilize your expertise where it is needed most.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive, child-centered assessments to identify needs, risks, and required outcomes.
• Develop, implement, and review effective care, child in need, and child protection plans.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary partner agencies to ensure holistic support.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records in line with statutory guidelines.
• Advocate strongly for the best interests of the children and families on your caseload.

Qualifications

• Recognized qualification in Social Work (e.g., BA/MA Social Work, DipSW).
• Active registration with Social Work England (SWE).
• Demonstrable post-qualifying experience in a statutory children's social care setting.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently.
