The Role

As a Graduate Founder’s Associate, you will work directly alongside the CEO, supporting strategic analysis, commercial decision-making and business-critical projects. You will gain exposure across finance, operations, product and commercial functions while developing your analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills. The role offers plenty of opportunity to learn, take ownership and understand how senior leaders turn data and market insight into action.

• Analyse business performance, market trends and potential growth opportunities.
• Build financial models, dashboards and management reports.
• Research competitors, industries and potential new markets.
• Prepare presentations and briefing materials for senior leadership meetings.
• Coordinate strategic projects and track actions across internal teams.
• Support the CEO’s diary and help keep key priorities on course.

Requirements

Must-Have

• A 2:1 degree or above in a relevant subject.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with business information.
• A genuine interest in FinTech and commercial decision-making.
• Clear communication skills and confidence in a client-facing environment.
