Quality Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet rigorous quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues, implement corrective actions, and enhance production processes. Your expertise will be essential in developing and maintaining quality assurance protocols, as well as conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering methodologies, including statistical process control (SPC), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and root cause analysis. You will be tasked with developing quality metrics and reports to monitor performance, as well as collaborating with suppliers to ensure that materials meet specified criteria. Effective communication skills are essential, as you will be expected to train and mentor team members on quality practices, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality engineering role. Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems is highly desirable.
