Packaging Process Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Packaging Process Lead to oversee and enhance our packaging operations. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team to ensure efficient and cost-effective packaging processes that meet stringent quality and safety standards. Your expertise will guide the development and implementation of packaging strategies, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to identify areas of improvement and drive continuous enhancement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams. You will be responsible for conducting regular training sessions to ensure all team members are well-versed in packaging procedures and safety protocols. Additionally, you will analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to assess production efficiency and product quality. Your role will also involve troubleshooting packaging equipment issues and coordinating with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

To be successful in this position, you should have a background in packaging engineering or a related field, along with significant experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a keen attention to detail are essential.
