Health & Safety Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Health & Safety Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. You will conduct regular risk assessments and audits, identifying potential hazards and recommending improvements to minimize risks. Collaborating closely with various departments, you will provide guidance and support on health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.

As a Health & Safety Advisor, you will also be responsible for organizing and delivering training sessions to staff members on health and safety practices. Your ability to communicate effectively and foster a culture of safety will be crucial in promoting awareness and adherence to safety protocols. Additionally, you will investigate incidents and accidents, preparing detailed reports and recommendations to prevent future occurrences. A proactive approach to health and safety management, along with excellent problem-solving skills, will be essential for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant health and safety qualification and have a strong understanding of applicable regulations. Experience in a similar role is preferred, along with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
