The Role
As a Nursery Assistant, you will:
Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing across the nursery.
Assist with fun, engaging activities that encourage curiosity and creativity.
Help maintain a safe, happy and nurturing environment.
Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
Support daily routines including mealtimes, outdoor play and learning activities.
Work collaboratively with experienced Early Years professionals.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
Has experience working within an Early Years or nursery setting.
Is warm, approachable and enthusiastic.
Enjoys building strong relationships with young children.
Is flexible, dependable and eager to contribute to a positive team environment.
A Level 3 Early Years qualification would be an advantage, but experienced Nursery Assistants without a Level 3 qualification are encouraged to apply.

Essential Requirements
Previous experience within a nursery or Early Years setting.
Right to work in the UK.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
Two professional references.
Good understanding of safeguarding and child development.
