Qualified Early Years Educator (Full time)

Wallingford, UK Puddleduck Nursery Puddleduck Nursery in Wallingford provides care for children from 3 months to 5 years in a calm, natural setting. We value curiosity, outdoor learning, and strong relationships. We are now seeking a Qualified Early Years Educator to join our supportive and welcoming team.

This role suits someone who enjoys working closely with children, values teamwork, and takes pride in high standards of care and learning.

*Your role will include:*

* Creating a warm, engaging, and well-organised environment where children feel safe and confident.
* Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that support learning through play.
* Working within the EYFS framework and completing online learning journeys for your key children.
* Supporting room leaders and coordinators with the daily running of the room.
* Encouraging independence, curiosity, and positive behaviour in line with children’s needs.
* Building strong, respectful relationships with parents and colleagues.
* Taking part in regular supervision, training, and professional development.
* Maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times.

*We are looking for someone who:*

* Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or an equivalent.
* Has a sound understanding of EYFS requirements.
* Communicates clearly and professionally with adults and children.
* Brings a positive, calm, and practical approach to their work.
* Enjoys contributing ideas and activities for children.
* Works well as part of a team and supports others when needed.
* Understands the importance of confidentiality and professionalism.
