Retail Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your daily responsibilities will include greeting customers, assisting them with product inquiries, and guiding them through their purchasing decisions. You will also be handling transactions at the cash register, processing payments, and managing returns or exchanges efficiently.

In addition to customer interaction, you will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, restocking shelves, and ensuring that all merchandise is displayed according to company standards. You will play a key role in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reporting any discrepancies. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Prior retail experience is preferred but not required. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential to meet the needs of our customers.
