Retail Assistant - FTC

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team on a fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all visitors. Your key duties will include greeting customers, assisting them with product inquiries, and maintaining a tidy and organized store environment. You will also be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments, and managing stock levels to ensure that the shelves are well stocked.

To excel in this position, you should possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving will be crucial as you assist in resolving any customer concerns.
