Web and Email Designer (12 month FTC)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web and Email Designer for a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly web pages and email templates that align with our brand identity. You will collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to create engaging digital experiences that effectively communicate our messaging to the target audience. Your expertise will ensure that all designs are optimized for both desktop and mobile platforms, providing a seamless user experience.

Key responsibilities include creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web and email campaigns, as well as implementing best practices in web design, email design, and accessibility. You will be required to conduct A/B testing to improve performance metrics and maintain consistency across all digital platforms. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, along with a strong understanding of HTML and CSS, is essential. Additionally, experience with email marketing platforms and analytics tools will be beneficial in measuring campaign effectiveness and making data-driven design decisions.
