Nursery Room Leader / Third in Charge

About the nursery:

Our client is looking for a Room Leader to join our friendly and happy team. The successful candidate will have a Level 3, full and relevant qualification or equivalent in childcare. A thorough understanding and knowledge of legislation including the Early Years Foundation Stage is essential.

About the candidate:

The successful candidate will have an enthusiastic and positive attitude along with excellent communication and written skills, and the ability to build strong, supportive relationships with children, parents and staff. They must also be patient, empathetic, caring and friendly, with proven supervisory and coaching experience.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Level 3 (or above) full and relevant Childcare Qualification
• Relevant childcare qualifications in accordance with OFSTED guidelines
• Thorough understanding and knowledge of legislation including EYFS

• Enthusiastic, positive attitude
• Patient
